Every engagement is agreed in writing before work begins: scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timing, and fees. Work is carried out by Edward Lue Chee Lip directly. Client material, data, and systems remain the client’s property and are kept confidential; client work is described publicly only in general terms, as on this site.
